SyPly plywood in the “Dachny Otvet” project on NTV. Suede bedroom and office with diamond pattern

The project is based on the idea of creating a cozy family space under the roof of a house, in which personal stories are intertwined with modern architecture

The interior is inspired by the culture and atmosphere of Sri Lanka - a country with which the family history is closely connected. Therefore, the space was filled with warm shades, exotic details and a sense of calm.

The main role in the interior is played by decoration. The walls and ceiling are decorated in a single suede texture, making the space look solid, and the complex geometry of the attic space is perceived softer. The entrance to the office is designed in the form of a rhombus, around which the entire composition is built. Its geometry continues in double hinged doors, work tables and a compact sofa consisting of two separate modules. Together they form a triangular shape, repeating the key motif of the project.

The functionality of the cabinet is based on unity of finish and visual integrity. Body elements made of plywood SyPly BIRCH Top. They were covered with the same finishing material as the walls and ceiling, making the furniture a natural extension of the architecture of the space.. Thanks to its smooth surface without visible defects, plywood is excellent for applying various decorative coatings, and the high strength of the material allows the shelves to easily support the weight of a home library.

The bedroom continues the general concept. The floor is covered with tiger-print carpet - a bold accent reminiscent of the southern regions. A tall mirror with two panels in stainless steel frames creates an interesting play of reflections, and an antique French chest of drawers on graceful bird legs emphasizes the vintage mood of the interior.
