SyPly plywood in the “Dachny Otvet” project on NTV. Kitchen-living room with a picturesque canvas

The interior combines a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a dance floor and storage space. This entire functional mix is diluted with bright colors and balanced with natural shades

The updated space combines several life scenarios, while maintaining a sense of harmony and homely warmth. The kitchen and dining room, living room and family entertainment area are merged into a single interior, where every function is displayed, but nothing competes with each other. The starting point was the idea of a pictorial space, like a large canvas, inspired by the Impressionists: soft shades and bright “strokes”, natural motifs and light, which becomes a participant in the composition.

Even the most inconspicuous areas have been rethought. The hallway from the kitchen was separated by a new partition made of SyPly birch plywood with increased moisture resistance. The material chosen here was not accidental: plywood made it possible to create a smooth, neat surface without weighing down the structure, and its strength became a reliable basis for subsequent work - you can confidently attach kitchen furniture and decorative panels to such a wall, without fear for the geometry and durability of the finish. The entrance hall was expanded at the expense of part of the corridor, but not only to increase the meters, but to fill them with a single concept.  The floor of the hallway takes on a decorative role - the mosaic pattern adds individuality, and the light console and lamp at the entrance create the mood from the first step into the house.

Instead of a traditional corridor, a wall with secrets appeared: full-fledged cabinets for large items, niches for decor, books, porcelain and Gzhel, and the entrances to the bathroom, pantry and staircase dissolve in the rhythm of the facades.

Deeper in space, the heart of the house is revealed - the kitchen area, gathered around the needs of a large family. Everything necessary for the housewife is provided, and plants have settled above the window, softening the work mood. Three windows are united by a long bench with hidden storage spaces. To securely fasten the structure, we used birch plywood SyPly BIRCH Low. It formed the basis of the frame for the finishing panels on which the composition rests. Thanks to the strength and stability of the material, it was possible to create a durable and neat system that can withstand loads and does not lose its geometry.

The dining island table has become the center of attraction for the whole family. Built-in appliances are hidden in a single line of cabinets; bar stools can be used daily or removed, creating the desired rhythm of space. The living room, in addition to its main purpose, has the opportunity to transform into a sleeping place. Part of the space is given over to a small performance area for the head of the family: equipment is located here, and the backdrop is the same rack with beautiful facades, light rays play on the ceiling - lighting that changes depending on the desired mood.

The sofa was surrounded by decorative pillows, a blanket and a soft carpet. The window sills were decorated with Gzhel from the owner’s collection, and the finishing touches were made by drawings in bright frames and curtains that became canvases with bright strokes of paint.
