The living room in the country house underwent significant changes, turning from the passing space into a cozy and functional recreation area
The design of the living room is made in the features of constructivism, which was reflected in clear geometric forms, functionality and thoughtful color scheme. White color in the interior is diluted with saturated gray, which tightened one of the walls and smoothly moved into the hallway. The ahromatic series is complemented by small accents of red, adding a drop of expressiveness to the interior. An important role in the updated interior is played by glass - this material characteristic of constructivism is used in the doors of furniture, cabinet and glass blocks that separate the stairs. Thanks to the reflective properties, the glass fills the space with glare and the game of light.
Zoning was the key step in redevelopment. A convenient passage to the kitchen is organized in the living room, a sofa zone was allocated, and an exit to the terrace was created, which added additional light.
One of the important tasks before the designer was thoughtful storage. To do this, in a niche formed in the formation of a passage to the kitchen, they placed a roomy cabinet, which became a new place for a wardrobe. The cabinet houses are made of Lamarty laminated chipboard in color “graphite” , facades are equipped with a smooth closing system. The cabinet harmonizes with the color scheme of the hallway. On the contrary, there is a chest of drawing shoes and trifles, also made of LAMARTY chipboard in color “graphite” .
A high deep portal leading into space under the stairs took over the pantry of the pantry. Its case and facades are made of laminated chipboard , and the doors and external elements are decorated with mirrors, which visually dissolves it in the interior.
Suprematism, closely related to constructivism, was reflected in the design of the recreation area. A large decorative canvas appeared here, made in a suprematic manner, and its ideas continue in the unique upholstery of the sofa. An additional element was a bright chest of drawers with a corrugated glass located at a transparent partition. Journal tables-stunces on stable grounds complete the composition.
The contrasts characteristic of the constructivist interior were expressed in a combination of black and white pillows, light decor on a dark wall and accent elements. The final strokes became greens and a comfortable shelf-keyboard for storing important little things. Thus, the living room gained a stylish, functional and thought -out space, ready to receive the owners and their guests.
